“Gorgeous big room and bathroom. Tesla destination chargers for overnight changing. Also surrounding the hotel various restaurants, we had dinner at Pappadeaux which was fantastic. Thank you.”
“I stay here often, beds are comfortable, staff is always nice, and there are a ton of options for food nearby. My only real complaint are the TVs, they are tiny, picture quality is bad and often have weird bright spots, but who watches TV.”
“Great service and thoughtful handling of an issue We booked a two-bedroom suite for our stay, but unfortunately the room had unexpected damage before our arrival. The hotel proactively reached out ahead of time, clearly explained the situation, and worked with us to make alternative arrangements that met our needs. I especially appreciated how the staff asked about specific accessibility requirements and made an effort to accommodate us as best as possible. That level of communication and care really stood out. On top of that, they provided 5,000 bonus points as a gesture of goodwill, which I felt was very fair. Overall, while things don’t always go perfectly, what matters is how issues are handled—and in this case, the team did a great job. Friendly staff, professional service, and a positive experience overall. I would stay here again.”
“The 2 bedroom suites have basics and was a fair price! Staff was very friendly. Only downside is the laundry detergent/machines made our clothes smell so bad and didn't feel clean so would not recommend using them! But overall would stay again!”
“We stayed here because there was a Tesla Destination Charger. It was confusing because the Marriott website states they have EV charging for $0.10/kwh which is a great price. We inquired about that when we arrived and the staff had no clue. Only 2 of 6 destination chargers were online, they are Tesla powered so we plugged in and started charging and it said it was $0.31/kwh which is still a good price but isn't $0.10 as Marriott is advertising on the hotel listing. We had a long drive ahead and told it to go to 100% but the charger shut down at 80% even though there were no warnings about it being an busy charger and no one else tried to use it. But at 80% ours shut off and they all became unavailable. We managed to get 34kwh before they all shut down but we were not charged in the Tesla app or by the hotel. Which is nice I guess but It was very confusing and frustrating as we had to then Travel to another supercharger to continue to our destination. We pay a premium for a hotel with charging so one does fee a bit bait and switched when you arrive and they don't function and staff have no idea how they work or who is paying for them. Everything else was great. Good beds, facilities, etc. Breakfast was good.”
